Are you ready to dance yourself into shape? Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™. Fun for the entire family!

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner-Advanced. All levels are welcome and modifications will be available. Note this class gets your heart rate up. We encourage participants to monitor their own abilities for the various movements and intensity.

FREE CLASS - Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.
