FIT Foundations (Apr/June)

The FIT Project offers free family lifestyle training programs to help families become their healthiest through a community approach to wellness, fitness and nutrition education. 

FIT Foundations invites families to join us for a deeper look at your families health and wellness plan over an 8-week series meant for the entire family. We discuss important tools to help your family create a sustainable healthy lifestyle. covering our three main areas: nutrition, fitness and wellness. Families will hear from our program experts and be invited to complete activities as a family unit. We’re confident this series will be entertaining, fun, and educational.

Target audience: Families with school-aged children

Instructors: The FIT Project experts - certified wellness coach, certified personal trainer, registered dietitian and a physician medical director
