Tai Chi (beginners) (Apr/June)

Develop strength and balance in Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance. You will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Resistance training is included to improve strength. This program is based on the evidence-based program, developed by Dr. Fuzhong Li at the Oregon Research Institute, designed for older adults and people with balance disorders, who can walk easily with or without assistive devices.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginners

FREE CLASS - Registration requested for each 8-week series. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.

SPECIAL SESSION: 11-week Series Class, 22 sessions
TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS, 9-10:00 a.m.
