Tai Chi Beginners, 4- week series

NEW UPDATES ON HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS SPECIFIC CLASS!
We are always looking for opportunities to ease the way of our community members. To help, we are removing the need to re-register for this class each month. Once you register, you become part of the Tai Chi - Beginners class for as long as you need. Noting: At the start of each month, the instructor starts at the beginning with Form 1 and continues through the basic forms for the 4-week class.

Develop strength and balance in Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance. You will gain confidence, stability and improve coordination and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. Resistance training is included to improve strength. This program is based on the evidence-based program, developed by Dr. Fuzhong Li at the Oregon Research Institute, designed for older adults and people with balance disorders, who can walk easily with or without assistive devices.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginners

FREE CLASS - Registration only required for first-time participants. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access link for this Tai Chi - Beginners class, which will remain the same link for the balance of 2022. The best approach to this class is to plan to attend a 4-week block beginning at the start of a month; once you’ve completed the series you can drop in as often as you’d like for a refresher. If you’re confident in these basics, maybe it’s time to join the Tai Chi - Intermediate class.
