The physical, mental, and emotional loads we experience daily can take a toll on our bodies. Let’s set ourselves up for success and allow our bodies to age gracefully and weather the setbacks swiftly. Strong bodies provide the energy, the stability, the healing power, and the grit to do what we ask of them.
Start Small: Create a regular exercise routine that includes resistance training and aerobic exercise for strong bones, confident balance, mental clarity, and a healthy heart. Try for 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week.
