Bootcamp

This is a full-body, resistance-based bootcamp workout good for all levels. It will combine strength training and cardio to work all major muscle groups as well as cardiovascular training.  Weights are recommended but household items can still be used. 

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner - Advanced

SCHEDULE: Virtual, Wednesdays at 5:30 - 6:15 PM
