Our class focuses on the breath to provide an anchor to the practice. There is a focus on yoga as a moving meditation, where the movement follows the breath as we build a deep foundation of relaxation in the body. From that centered, awake place, we build strength, flexibility and balance together. Laughing and having fun is allowed!
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced
SCHEDULE: In-Person (Basecamp @ PSVMC), Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 a.m. PT
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own. Class is limited to 8 participants as we continue to follow recommended guidelines for healthcare facilities. Masks are required at all times.
FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing a calendar link to reserve your spot for each class date you are available.
