Are you ready to dance yourself into shape? Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™. Fun for the entire family!

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner-Advanced

SCHEDULE: Online, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 PM & In-Person (Body Works @ PPMC), Saturdays 9:00-10:00 a.m. PT

FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time online and in-person participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing: 1) Online class link, and 2) Scheduling link to reserve your spot for each in-person class date you are available. SPECIAL IN-PERSON CLASS NOTES: Class is limited to 10 participants as we continue to follow recommended guidelines for healthcare facilities. Masks are required at all times.
