No need to spend hours at the gym; gift yourself time for movement in shorter time commitments that can fit anyone’s schedule. An exercise routine that includes both resistance training and aerobic exercise is best for optimal heart health – you can alternate days for each focus or choose to stack them together if your weekly calendar is looking full.
