This Month’s Topic: Nutrition Facts & Myths

There are so many resources for learning about nutrition and thoughts on what we should be eating to stay healthy. It can be hard to know which ones are grounded in facts and evidence, versus the myths and misconceptions that are abound. Growing our understanding of healthy eating and nutrition labels can help us make informed choices about what we eat, rather than relying on what we hope is reputable information. Join us this month as we explore nutrition facts & myths, and the tools we can use to navigate the difference!

SCHEDULE: Online, Second Wednesday of the month 12:00-12:30 p.m. PT
