It's that time of year where many opt to clear the clutter and deep clean their homes as they welcome the warm rays of sunshine and shed the weight of the dark, wet and cool months. Did you know your kitchen and recipes can benefit from a similar approach? Join our registered dietitian, Jamie, as she shows us how to spruce up the kitchen with fresh foods instead of processed and how to be more efficient in the kitchen for a more enjoyable meal prep atmosphere.
