This Month’s Topic: A Guide to Plant-Based Eating

Plant-Based eating is becoming a more popular option in many homes! This way of eating has benefits to our health and to the environment. Our registered dietitian, Jamie will discuss ways we can bring plant-based meals into our diet and how they can help us live a heart-healthy lifestyle.

SCHEDULE: Online, Second Wednesday of the month 12:00-12:30 p.m. PT

FREE SERIES: Registration requested for first time participants. An automated email confirmation includes online access links for both monthly classes and are good for the entire year.
