This Month’s Topic: Fueling Our Bodies: Eating for Energy and Exercise

Your nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand when living a healthy lifestyle. Join us this month as we discuss fueling our bodies through food to support our energy levels and exercise routines. Our registered dietitian will tackle the popular question of when to increase food intake based on the type of exercise - this might surprise you.

SCHEDULE: Online, Second Wednesday of the month 12:00-12:30 p.m. PT

FREE SERIES: Registration requested for first time participants. An automated email confirmation includes online access links for both monthly classes and are good for the entire year.
