In the Kitchen: Nutrition Education

Learn it. See it. Do it. with our monthly nutrition series.

This Month’s Topic: Nutrition for Your Best Weight

Supporting a balanced approach to your daily nutrition starts with understanding the essential principles of food choices and cooking methods. This knowledge empowers you to create a sustainable – and enjoyable – relationship with food. Each month, we explore a nutrition-centered topic to give you confidence when meal planning, reading recipes and labels, and when preparing your snacks and meals.

With so many diets and weight-management options, it’s hard to know what’s best for your goals. Understanding the pros and cons of different approaches helps you make healthy choices for gaining, maintaining, or losing weight. Let’s explore what a healthy weight means for you and the best tools to help you reach it.
