In the Kitchen: Nutrition Education

Learn it. See it. Do it. with our monthly nutrition series.

This Month’s Topic: Eating for Gut Health

Supporting a balanced approach to your daily nutrition starts with understanding the essential principles of food choices and cooking methods. This knowledge empowers you to create a sustainable – and enjoyable – relationship with food. Each month, we explore a nutrition-centered topic to give you confidence when meal planning, reading recipes and labels, and when preparing your snacks and meals.

Your gut is essential for immune function and disease prevention. Discover which foods support gut health and which may not. We’ll cover the benefits of a fiber-rich diet, prebiotics, probiotics, and the importance of regularly eating a variety of whole foods to keep your gut thriving.
