We’ve all snuck into the kitchen for something tasty after the lights go out. Unfortunately, eating at night can double your risk of obesity. That’s because your metabolism goes to bed when you do, which means that some of the calories you ingest right before sleep get stored for later - as fat.
That’s not all: disrupting your eating habits by indulging in a midnight snack or skipping breakfast throws everything out of whack, and often results in you eating more than you otherwise would.
Start Small by closing your kitchen within an hour after eating dinner. Finish Remarkable by making dinner your last food of the day.
