These monthly conversations offer insight for better understanding and the important highlights on what you need to know for your own health or that of your loved ones. The goal being to offer a connection allowing you to incorporate the knowledge into your own life and even share with others.

Did you know current estimates indicate 6.5 million Americans over the age of 20 are currently living with heart failure? Let’s gain a better understanding of heart failure, the associated risks, and available treatments. Gaining this knowledge allows us to consider how we might prevent it; we will share key lifestyle behaviors to help lower your risk at every age. Everyone benefits from understanding the heart – for yourself and for your loved ones.

FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time participants so that we can provide you with follow-up resources from the conversation and get to know our community members sharing their time with us. Once registered, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link. The class link will remain the same for the balance of the year.
