I WILL: TRY YOGA

Yoga is for everyone. That’s because, at it’s core yoga is simply a practice of aligning movement and breath. This down-to-earth and effective form of exercise also promotes mindfulness and reduces stress. And it can grow with you - offering easy, accessible programs for beginners and becoming more challenging as your skills and endurance improve. Studies show that practicing yoga regularly improves blood pressure, reduces cholesterol and blood sugar, and can even decrease the frequency of atrial fibrillation. So start where you are. You’ll be glad you did.

Start Small: Try one of our free yoga classes! They are offered virtually and support those new to the practice through modifications and can increase in ability as you become comfortable.

Finish Remarkable: Post a photo of yourself doing a Warrior pose on social media. Inspire others to participate in the yoga practice for their own health and wellness.
