Fluidly move through one pose to the next while connecting the breath allows for a full body workout. These sequences offer the opportunity to challenge yourself while building strength, flexibility, and balance.

CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with either the online access link or helpful information about attending class in-person.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Available as a live taught, virtual class as well as in-person (Portland, OR) at our West Portland studio. You can choose which option works best for you or do a blend of both!
