Join us for a special Heart Month event!
Barre Stretch offers a full-body workout by combing a barre practice with yoga flow poses. The high repetition, low-impact movements help to improve strength, while the periods of flowing stretches help to improve balance, flexibility, and mobility. Utilizing a secure bar for stability during movements allows this practice to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Equipment may be used during class: light weights, bands, Pilates ball.
Recommended Level (learn more): Beginner-Friendly to Advanced
Class Note: Equipment is provided. Participants should be comfortable with extended periods of standing, with support from the bar, and safely moving from the floor to standing. Registration is required as space is limited.
