A fast-paced class utilizes a circuit rotation where each station engages a specific muscle group through varied exercises. By the end of class participants receive a full-body workout of aerobic and strength-based movements, plus time in stretch for improved flexibility. The combination of strength and aerobic training is ideal for optimal cardiovascular health!
Recommended Level (learn more): Intermediate to Advanced
Class Note: Equipment is provided. Participants should be able to safely move between the floor and standing with consistent movement. Registration is required as space is limited.
