Join us for a special Heart Month offering, as we welcome back our instructor Christine to lead us in our first Barre class at Basecamp.
Barre blends a variety of low-impact movements with high repetition to promote balance, mobility, and strength. Utilizing a secure bar for stability during the movements allows this practice to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Equipment may be used during class: light weights, bands, Pilates ball.

Class Note: Equipment is provided. Participants should be comfortable with extended periods of standing, with support from the bar.
