Shape your wellness journey with confidence. This quarterly offering aims to help you identify goals that purposefully connect with you through focused conversation and activities. When you place meaning to a goal, this increases the likelihood you will continue efforts and behaviors to reach your desired goal. We will also help you discover your core motivations, offer ideas for overcoming challenges, and introduce a variety of goal setting models to help you build lasting healthy habits.
