RECIPE: Spring chickpea salad with tahini dressing
From the nutrition education earlier this month, we learned about spring cleaning our eating. During this month's live cooking class, our friends at the CTK will walk you through making a Spring Chickpea Salad with Tahini Dressing. It's both fresh and can be used to highlight delicious in-season flavors!
