Thinking about starting a new exercise program? Looking for new motivation to keep your fitness on track? Perhaps you’re not sure how to get started? Our Will Powered! 6-week workout challenge might be your answer! Led by certified personal trainer Will Bruce, this video-based program brings fun, virtual workouts you can easily follow from anywhere with access to a browser and space to move your body.

The 30-minute interval-style workouts are designed to be challenging, fresh, and approachable for anyone with a comfortable fitness foundation. Complete all six weeks (18 workouts) to earn bragging rights as well as significant improvements in muscular strength, cardiovascular health, energy, and overall awesomeness.

During every workout session, Will demonstrates each exercise while offering tips on form to help you perform with maximum confidence and effectiveness. Most exercises require no special equipment; a pair of hand weights and a fitness mat provide the best experience. Will offers variations on many exercises throughout the series so you can adapt them to your level. This series can easily be repeated with increased weights and/or less modifications for those seeking continued support around strength and conditioning for their overall improved health.

  • The Sunday morning following your subscription registration you will begin receiving your weekly email.

  • Weekly email contains 3 video-based workouts for the week and will arrive every Sunday morning for 6 weeks.

  • We’ve made it easy with this self-scheduled program – you choose the time of day that works best for you; making sure you’ve set yourself up for success by scheduling your week to fit in all three workouts.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced
Those who are just beginning a fitness journey or who have mobility or physical ailments limiting range of motion, may we recommend our Movement Monday video-based series as a great place to start? This Will Powered! challenge is just that - challenging - and we don’t want anyone to feel unsuccessful when adding resistance and strength training to their exercise routines. As always, please consult with your primary care provider before engaging in any new exercise routine.

SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Slight modifications are offered throughout the video series. Must be able to safely move between standing and floor work and have a comfortable range of motion for a variety of movements. A towel and water bottle are recommended. Supportive, lace-up shoes are strongly encouraged. Additional equipment NOT REQUIRED yet recommended: exercise mat and hand weights (choose a comfortable weight, one set works great for the series).

FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time participants so that we can collect your waiver release and begin sending you workouts. Once registered, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Your first Will Powered! workout email will be sent the Sunday following registration. Subsequent automated emails sent each Sunday for the 6-week challenge.

Will has over twenty years of experience in personal training and group fitness instruction. He holds a degree in health sciences and is currently a Providence health coach working with individuals needing extra support to reach goals and establish routines for a healthier lifestyle.
