Supporting a balanced approach to your daily nutrition starts with understanding the essential principles of food choices and cooking methods. This knowledge empowers you to create a sustainable – and enjoyable – relationship with food. Each month, we explore a nutrition-centered topic to give you confidence when meal planning, reading recipes and labels, and when preparing your snacks and meals.

Plant-based eating goes far beyond just vegetables. Discover easy and creative ways to incorporate these foods into your meal plans and learn the health benefits from this dietary approach.

SCHEDULE: Online, Second Wednesday of the month 12:00-12:30 p.m. PT
