Registration
Sunday evening is the perfect time to intentionally wind down from the past week and ready ourselves for the week ahead. Through gentle, conditioning movements the body is warmed to open the joints, improve circulation, and welcome a sequence of traditional yoga poses supporting strength building and increased balance. A deep meditative Savasana (final relaxation) leaves you with a sense of peace and relaxation for a good night’s sleep. Some poetry and storytelling may be incorporated as a note of inspiration.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): Beginner-Friendly, Intermediate
CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).
SCHEDULE: Virtual (via Zoom), Sundays, 5:30-6:30p.m. PT
REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link.
LOCATION (Get to know our locations.): Our Candlelight Yoga classes are available as live taught, virtual classes.
