Take this (Heart) month to create a personalized plan for your nicotine-free path. This 8-week series provides you with a weekly conversation with our certified instructor to find your best approach in this life-changing decision. Within the small group setting, you will learn to lean on others who are walking this similar path, gaining and providing inspiration and motivation along the way.
All classes take place virtually on Monday evenings, 6:00-7:30pm PT. This series begins Feb. 16 and ends on Apr. 6.
