During this series, you will experiment with reducing your nicotine use by swapping behaviors, taking the necessary steps to create a successful environment, and learning how to navigate triggers, urges, and changes as you let go of the nicotine addiction and welcome new habits and activities.

Chart Your Course to a Healthier Future

As this series focuses on the steps to living a nicotine-free life, participation is reserved for individuals currently using nicotine products (smoking, vaping, or chewing) and who have a desire to quit. This series is not intended for individuals seeking to support others, non-nicotine users, or those seeking to offer future nicotine education resources.

SCHEDULE: Virtual, 8-week program with several date options available. You will select your preferred session when completing your interest form.

REGISTRATION: Individuals are required to submit an interest form and complete an introductory session with a coordinator before being approved to participate and to be assigned to a cohort. You will receive an automated email confirming your interest form was submitted and a reminder to watch for a call from our coordinator.
