THIS NEW CLASS STARTS JULY 9.

Release tension and energize the body and mind with this midday reset designed to counteract the physical and mental strain from the workday for a more focused and productive afternoon. A blend of approachable yoga postures – in and out of the chair – breath awareness and core engagement to support the upper body, hips, and legs. Gain insight into shoulder mechanics while learning practical tools to relieve tension, improve posture, and restore balance in the shoulder girdle and hips.

RECOMMENDED LEVEL (learn more): All levels

CLASS NOTE: Use of supportive equipment is not required to participate. Suggested equipment: bolster, block, mat, strap. Creative at-home solutions: bolster (pillow/folded blanket), block (books/piece of wood), strap (robe belt/towel/tie/long band).
