A rhythm-driven cardio experience.

A calming yet energizing class blending gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness. Qigong (Chee Gung) helps reduce tension, improve balance, and restore harmony. Through simple forms and intentional practice, participants learn techniques to support their physical and emotional health.

Schedule: Every Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.-6:15 p.m.

Notes: Supportive athletic shoes are recommended. A water bottle and towel are also helpful.
