Blueberry Breakfast Blast

Ingredients

  • 1 c blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 c plain yogurt

  • 1 medium ripe banana, roughly chopped

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  1. Soak chia seeds in 4 Tbsp water for about 5 minutes.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice for a thinner blend.
