Good Morning Hot Cereal

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups water
1 c quinoa
2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
½ c almond milk
2 bananas, sliced
2 c blueberries
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ c chopped almonds or walnuts
Directions
Soak quinoa then drain. Bring water, quinoa, and flax seeds to a boil. Cover and simmer on low about 10-15 minutes, until water is absorbed. Stir in almond milk and maple syrup.
Serve topped with bananas, blueberries, and nuts.

Mix and match your favorite fruits, nuts, and seeds for variety.
