Chia Pudding

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Makes: 1 Jar

Ingredients  

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ c liquid (cow’s milk, coconut milk, nut milks, soy milk etc.)

Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds and liquid in a jar or container that seals completely.

  2. Shake to combine and place in refrigerator for around 10-30 minutes.

  3. Shake up container again to prevent chia seeds from settling to the bottom.

  4. Let sit for a few hours to overnight until chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.

Notes

For added flavor, top with your favorite berries or Chia Jam!
