Dark Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
¾ c (4½ oz) 70% dark chocolate, melted
½ c cooked short grain rice
¾ - 1 c just-boiled water
Directions
Melt chocolate in a microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
In a blender, combine cooked rice, water, and the melted chocolate. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls. Serve warm or cold.
Notes
If not serving immediately, place a piece of plastic wrap over the top to prevent a skin from forming.
