I WILL: Have the Heart to Start

A SUCCESSFUL EXERCISE ROUTINE STARTS WITH YOU,

and connecting with a supportive like-minded community for encouragement can be helpful. Find your starting line by joining the Heart to Start community.

Since 2012, the program has inspired thousands of people of every age, ability, and experience to establish a safe and enjoyable habit centered around walking or running. A place where a smiling face is more important than pace.

Start Small: Add three 20 minute moderately paced walking sessions to your weekly movement plans. Sign up for the Providence Heart to Start season every November-February.

Finish Remarkable: Keep it up! Make it 4 days a week of moderate to brisk walking or running. Bonus: Add a 5K a month for the fun of it!

How can we help? Basecamp offers resources to support your wellness around this topic!
