THIS NEW CLASS STARTS JULY 8.

A gentle practice designed to melt away tension and quiet the mind. This practice combines deep rest through guided relaxation with supported restorative yoga poses and slowed Yoga Nidra elements to help settle the mind and reset the nervous system. A calming experience that’s perfect for ending your day with intention and ease.

CLASS NOTE: Equipment is provided (mat, blocks, bolsters, etc.) or you can bring your own.

SCHEDULE BEGINNING JULY 8: In-Person (West Portland), Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:30-7:00 p.m. PT

REGISTRATION: First time participants are required to register. You will receive an automated email confirmation with helpful information about attending class in-person.
