Participants will fluidly move from one move to the next while connecting with their breath and challenging their overall strength, flexibility, and balance.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Intermediate-Advanced. All levels are welcome and modifications will be available. Note this class gets your heart rate up and is at a faster pace.
SCHEDULE: Virtual, Monday/ Thursday 12:00 - 1:00 PM
FREE CLASS: Registration is requested for first-time participants so that we can collect your waiver release. Once registered, you will receive an email with the access links and any necessary codes which will remain the same each week for this specific class.
