Let’s re-frame the word “wellness” so that it is inclusive to every single individual wanting to live their best, healthiest life - no matter their age, current health status, race, or economic status. Let’s make wellness available and attainable for everyone.
Wellness will look a bit different to each individual. There is not a single path to wellness that fits everyone. We encourage you to live your own wellness journey. And, we will be right alongside you for support.
This six-week interactive wellness series is meant to meet you where you are. We will open your mind to the concept of wellness and teach how you can take the pieces most important for you and build upon them. This series will help you explore a well-balanced wellness plan, we like to call it the Wellness Wheel, where we will discuss wellness frameworks, play with wellness activities and set specific goals to be successful from day one.
Most importantly, you will find, and build, the strength within yourself to help navigate your personal wellness journey.
SCHEDULE: Online, Wednesdays, Feb. 7 - Mar. 20, 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT, 6-week series. Please note, we will not have class on Mar. 6.
FREE CLASS: Registration requested for first time participants so that we can share resources and communications from your instructor. Once registered, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the online access link. The class link will remain the same for the duration of the series.
INSTRUCTOR: Jennifer Lundman, MSW, NBC-HWC
Jennifer is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in social work and behavioral health. She has worked with Providence for three years serving as the Certified Wellness Coach for the Providence Heart Institute’s prevention + wellness program, The FIT Project. She also serves as a Lifestyle Medicine Provider with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Jennifer’s education, experience and passion for wellness has been derived from her own personal health journey as well as over 20 years working with individuals and families seeking to make lifestyle changes.
