Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ingredients
4 tsp white sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp black sesame seeds
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp dried minced garlic
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp flakey sea salt, optional
Directions
Start by toasting the white sesame seeds in a small frying pan on low heat. Stir frequently and cook until seeds are golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Once cooled, combine toasted sesame seeds with all other ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Label and store in an air-tight container for up to six months.
Notes
If choosing to add salt to your everything bagel seasoning blend, use a nice flakey sea salt (such as Maldon), to prevent it from settling to the bottom of the spice jar.
Kick up the spice by adding chili flakes to your seasoning blend.
Use this crunchy and savory seasoning blend on avocado toast, eggs, cottage cheese, popcorn, salads, roasted veggies, tofu, fish, grilled meats, on hummus or in creamy dips.
