High Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients
2 c reduced fat plain Greek yogurt, divided
2 c milk of choice, divided
8 Tbsp chia seeds, divided

Toppings and flavors of choice (Optional)
Toppings: fresh or frozen berries, sliced bananas, diced mango, apple, or pear.
Protein and healthy fat toppings: hemp hearts, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, or nut butter.
Additional flavorings: matcha powder, cinnamon, or cocoa powder.
Directions
Add ½ cup each of Greek yogurt and milk to individual jars/containers.
Add 2 Tbs chia seeds and any added sweetener to each jar. Stir mixture until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator. Allow to set for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
Remove chia pudding from fridge and stir before adding desired toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If using a non-sweetened milk, you may want to add a bit of sweetener with agave, maple syrup, honey, or date syrup.
Make in individual jars or containers for easy grab-and-go use.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
