Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp apple juice concentrate

  • ½ c salsa, check label for low sodium

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients until blended.

  • This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
