Basic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ c olive oil

  • ¾ c balsamic or red wine vinegar

  • ½ tsp each, dried basil, oregano and thyme

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients in a small glass jar.

  • This dressing will keep in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
