Ingredients
¼ c olive oil
¾ c balsamic or red wine vinegar
½ tsp each, dried basil, oregano and thyme
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp sugar
Directions
Shake all ingredients in a small glass jar.

This dressing will keep in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
