Engage in playful movement focusing on your core to build strength and stability. Offered twice weekly, your experience varies based on the day: Mondays teach asanas (postures) in a shortened 20-minute session; during an expanded 60-minute session on Fridays the asanas are practiced through a sequence of movements to further support your strength, flexibility, and balance.
RECOMMENDED LEVEL: Beginner-Advanced
SCHEDULE: In-Person (Basecamp @ PSVMC), Mondays, 9:00-9:20 a.m. PT & Fridays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. PT
SPECIAL CLASS NOTES: Open to all mobility levels with some accommodations available. Participants should be able to move safely between the floor and standing.
