Homemade Corn Tortillas

Ingredients
1 ¾ c masa harina
1c + 2 Tbsp very warm water
Directions
Slowly pour in warm water while working flour with hands to create a dough. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Dough should be soft but not sticky, like play dough. If needed, add more water or masa harina to achieve the right consistency.
Heat griddle for 3 minutes. Press a walnut size piece of dough into a flat disk and with a tortilla press or rolling pin flatten out
Carefully place tortilla onto griddle set to medium heat.
As soon as edges start to slightly turn up, flip over. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove tortilla from griddle before it starts to crisp and while still pliable. It’s okay if the center of the tortilla isn’t fully cooked. Transfer to basket with cover.
