Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

Ingredients
1 Tbsp celery seed
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp mustard powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
6 bay leaves
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the bay leaves in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Transfer spice blend to an air-tight container then add in the whole bay leaves. Label and store for up to six months.
Notes
As this recipe is salt free, you may want to add salt to taste when cooking.
Use this simplified version of the classic old bay seasoning on seafood, poultry, meats, salads, soups, veggies (especially corn on the cob), and especially seafood boils.
